Community Family Services of Ontario offers linguistically sensitive and culturally responsive counselling, family services, newcomer settlement, and disabilities and special needs services to enhance the functioning and quality of life of individuals and families.
Position Title**:Marketing, Administrative & Project Coordinator**
Position Type: Full-Time, till 2025.03.31 with possible extension
Reporting To: Administration Officer
Reporting to the Administration Officer, the Marketing, Administrative & Project Coordinator is responsible for collection and analysis of data, design and implementation of marketing campaigns, coordination of special projects, and general administrative and client relations support.
**MAJOR RESPONSBILITIES**
**1. Data Collection and Analysis for Marketing Purposes**
- Collect and analyze data about client services, staff productivity, media coverage, and community needs
- Compile executive reports, provide evidence for program development, track targets per funding contracts, and support preparation of funding proposals
- Generate data output for staff supervision
- Manage social media and support digital media work as needed
**2. Administration & Client Relations**
- Maintain inventories of Assets, Equipment and Supplies
- Handle venue booking, activity promotion & registration, fee payments and receipts generation
- Backup front desk duties, handle client inquiries in person, on the phone, and online
- Provide Orientation and Trainings on Administration to volunteers, students, and junior staff
**3. Project Coordination**
- Design, support, monitor, and track progress for projects and tasks as assigned by ED and their delegate.
- Other related duties as assigned
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree/Diploma in Management, Marketing, or Data Analytics from recognized College or University
- Relevant experience in the non-profit sector an asset; experience in multi-funding setting an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & social media tools. Health & safety standards understanding.
- Demonstrates a “can-do” attitude. Results-driven. Keen to learn and to take on new responsibilities
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to analyze and organize information
- Strong communication & problem-solving; reliable independent worker & collaborate teammate.
- Excellent time & stress management, able to work under pressure, prioritize & adhere to deadlines
- Fluency in Verbal & Written English & Cantonese/Mandarin. Other languages assets.
- Work days, evenings, and occasional weekends as required. Vulnerable Sector Clearance is required.
