First Response Maintenance Solutions is a small business in Richmond, BC.

**First Response Maintenance Solutions** is a home service business that specialized in Exterior Cleaning and Painting. We serve high end clients and work all over the lower mainland. We have a Work Hard/Play Hard mentality here at First Response. We are hiring for a **Painter Role **that on the daily basis will preform Painting Services. We are looking for someone that has more then 2-3 years experience. We are also looking for painters who have managed projects before. There is room to grow and make more opportunties here at First Response Maintenance Solutions.

**Responsibilities and Work you will preform.**

Residential and Commercial Painting

Cut and Roll interior and exterior surfaces

Set up ladders safely

Paint Prep(Masking, taping, cleaning)

Interact with Customers

Spraying finishing

Pressure Washing

Clean Job site

**Other Duties**:

- Complete basic admin work. This includes using our CRM program to invoice, customer call aheads, and understanding the scope of work at the current project.
- Drive our company vehicle to and from job sites
- Work with Clients to give the best service possible.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
