**Ce que vous ferez**
- Effectuer des inspections sur le terrain, des relevés quantitatifs, des mesures, des spécifications, des quantifications et des calculs de prix pour diverses structures ;
- Préparer des estimations de coûts complètes pour des travaux conceptuels, de conception-construction ou d'appel d'offres général ;
- Préparer des estimations de coûts pour divers projets de construction en fonction des spécificités du projet, y compris l'établissement des coûts unitaires, des taux de main-d'œuvre, des facteurs de productivité et des incidences sur l'emplacement ;
- Produire des documents d'appel d'offres, des évaluations de catastrophes, des rapports narratifs et des services de résolution de conflits ;
- Audit du contrôle des coûts pour les projets de restauration et de reconstruction ; et gestion des contrats de construction ;
- Évaluation détaillée des coûts de remplacement et de la valeur monétaire réelle de diverses propriétés résidentielles, commerciales et industrielles complexes.

**What you will do**
- Perform site inspections, quantity surveying, measuring, specifications, quantifying, and pricing of various structures,
- Prepare full-cost estimates on conceptual, design-build or general tender work,
- Prepare cost estimations for various construction projects according to project specifics, including establishing unit costs, labour rates, productivity factors and location impacts,
- Produce specification bid documents, catastrophe valuations, narrative reports, and conflict resolution services,
- Cost control auditing for restoration and reconstruction projects; and construction contract management,
- Detailed replacement costs and actual cash value valuations on various complex residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

- A valid driver’s permit and reliable vehicle,
- Ability to travel on short notice
