Overview

We’re looking for a **Co-op Student, Investment Management** to work in the Investment Management Department and support our Investment Analyst.

**Where you’ll work**

At WorkSafeBC, we offer a **hybrid work model** that combines the convenience of working remotely with the dynamism of working in one of our offices, based on the operational needs of the position.

In this role, you’ll work primarily from your B.C. home and at a minimum of twice per quarter in our Richmond office or based on operational needs.

What you'll do
- Assist in preparation of investment reports
- Assist in analyzing/checking data from external providers
- Assist in the monthly financial reporting process
- Ad-hoc project as assigned, e.g., banking, insurance

**Your background and experience**
- Enrolled in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce or Accounting related program
- Previous work experience in an analytical/analyst role in investments or financial accounting an asset
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office software suite, specifically Excel and Word
