Our **Client Service Representatives** play a critical role in embodying the identity and values of our company while providing exceptional customer service. They offer each customer personalized and comprehensive insights into our services and products, guaranteeing a polished and seamless experience throughout their journey.

**Client Service Representative Responsibilities**:

- Provide customers with information on promotions and special offers tailored to their needs
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and effectively resolve issues by focusing on finding solutions to their concerns
- Offer guidance and troubleshooting assistance to help customers get the most out of their purchases
- Take part in the entire sales process from start to finish by overseeing order status and ensuring timely delivery and installation of products/services according to company policies
- Efficiently handle all cancellation requests and billing inquiries to retain customers
- Strive for utmost customer satisfaction by taking proactive steps to improve customer service processes
- Actively participate in daily and weekly team meetings to stay up-to-date on the latest product and service updates and promotions

**Requirements for the position of Client Service Representative**:

- Previous experience in customer service roles is highly valued
- A diploma or degree in Communications, Business, Advertising, or Sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in problem analysis and problem-solving
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
- Must have availability for full-time work, 40 hours per week
- A background check will be conducted upon completion of the hiring process
