**Responsibilities**:

- Drafting correspondence and attending to court filings
- Scheduling mediations, discoveries and appointments
- Maintaining electronic calendars
- Organizing files, document binders and other file materials
- Entering lawyers’ time, billing
- Opening files
- Maintaining Bring Forward system
- Other administrative support as required

**Key Qualifications**
- 2-4 years of experience working as a Litigation Legal Assistant within a law firm
- Graduate of an accredited Legal Administrative Assistant program

**Key Skills**
- Experience with court documents and court filings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate clearly using discretion, tact and courtesy
- Proficiency with computers including MS Word, Excel and other relevant programs
- Excellent document drafting skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Client service orientation
- Ability to handle a high volume of work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work in independently and in a team environment

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
