Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche de plusieurs **ASSISTANTS SUPERVISEURS** pour se joindre à notre équipe. Le titulaire du poste aura pour mission de prendre en charge la supervision directe d’un petit groupe d’employés assignés à différentes tâches du processus de production. L'**ASSISTANT SUPERVISEUR** est le leader principal des membres de son équipe, encourageant une attitude positive et supervisant toutes les activités quotidiennes au sein de la production.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**:
**Maintenir les lignes de production opérationnelles en réglant les problèmes rencontrés, faisant les ajustements nécessaires ou en référant les difficultés au Superviseur de Production.**
Documenter et rapporter toute les informations et décisions liés à la production et la qualité.
**Superviser la qualité globale des processus et produits en suivant les prérequis et quantités pour chaque recette.**
Offrir du support et leadership aux membres de l’équipe en montrant l’exemple et partageant ses connaissances et compétences.
**Motiver les membres de l’équipe à atteindre les objectifs de production.**
Donner de la formation et du coaching aux nouveaux membres de l’équipe.
**S’assurer que les standards et règles de qualité et sécurité alimentaire soient respectés.**
Mettre de l’avant des valeurs de travail d’équipe et de qualité.
**Assurer l’atteinte de niveaux satisfaisants de performance de l’équipe de production liés à la sécurité, qualité, amélioration continue et productivité.**
Agir en tant que superviseur remplaçant au besoin.

**COMPÉTENCES & QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Diplôme d’études secondaires.**
Expérience avérée dans un rôle de supervision en contexte manufacturier.
**Capacité à communiquer efficacement en français et anglais, écrit et parlé.**
Compréhension de base des concepts de santé et sécurité.
**Capacité à opérer des systèmes ou équipement réalisant des opérations d’emballage.**
Connaissance des outils informatiques et capacité à apprendre de nouveaux logiciels.
**Travail d’équipe.**
Dextérité manuelle.
**Ingéniosité et capacité à organiser le travail.**

**_De 6h-18h _**_mercredi-jeudi-vendredi avec un rotation de samedi_**

**WeCook is a fast-growing e-commerce company in the food industry. We are an innovative company that pioneered the creation of a prepared meal solution back in 2012 and have been growing ever since. Our mission is to help people adopt a healthy and balanced diet and save them time every week by cooking healthy meals for them.

We are currently looking for a Production **ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR** to join our team. The job holder will be in charge of supervising a small group of employees assigned to preparing the ingredients. As the main leader of the team, the team leader will be encouraging a positive attitude within the team and overseeing day-to-day activities within production.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Perform basic setup, operation, cleanup, for each line equipment.**
Maintain production lines in operation by solving production process issues, making equipment adjustments, or referring questions to the Production Supervisor.
**Document and report all production and quality information and decisions made.**
Oversee the overall product quality, processing, packaging requirements and quantity needed for each recipe.
**Provide leadership to team members through example and sharing of knowledge and skills.**
Motivate and encourage team members to attain production and team goals.
**Provide on-the-job training to new team members.**
Ensure that team members follow the food industry rules, standards and regulations.
**Demonstrate a production floor presence, ensuring actions continually reinforce performance, teamwork and quality as core values.**
Ensure satisfactory levels of performance for the production team related to safety, quality, continuous improvement and productivity.
**Act as a backup for Production Supervisors when needed.**
Perform other duties as assigned.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
**High school diploma.**
Proven experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing setting.
**Ability to communicate efficiently in French and English, spoken and written.**
Basic understanding of health and safety concepts.
**Ability to operate systems and equipment that process food, bag, box or packaged products.**
Knowledge of computers and capacity to learn new computerized systems or software.
