**What We're Looking For**

We are in search of an Artist Partnerships / Sales Representative, a role that is pivotal to our mission of bridging the gap between artists and the broader audience. This individual will play a crucial role in expanding and nurturing our artist-centric client base, focusing primarily on musicians and artists within the Greater Toronto Area, with the potential to broaden our reach internationally. This position calls for a seasoned, self-driven sales professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is adept at seizing sales opportunities that drive substantial business outcomes.

**Responsibilities**
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with musicians and artists keen on promoting their music through Waveroom's platforms.
- Engage in discussions with clients to deeply understand their needs and objectives.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of Waveroom’s brand identity, services, and what sets us apart from the competition.
- Proactively identify and engage with artists both within the GTA and on a global scale, expanding our reach and influence.
- Develop and implement strategies to broaden our artist network and enhance our market presence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for artists interested in our promotional services, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Negotiate promotional packages that align with client goals while advancing Waveroom's objectives.
- Analyze sales data to monitor performance against targets, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with Waveroom's management team to explore new business opportunities and refine our service offerings.

**Qualifications**
- A strong interest and understanding of the media, advertising, and entertainment landscapes.
- Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) for business development and client engagement.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients both virtually and in person.
- Excellent communication, time management, and analytical skills, complemented by a high degree of self-motivation and independence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $33,674.00-$67,320.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week

- Monday to Friday
