As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting talent and market research to support the recruiting team's ongoing growth needs. **Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (or enrolled in your last year of university), ideally with an analytical/research component
- Any internship, co-op or summer work experience is an asset
