**Job Description**:
The Role:
Embrace a diverse range of tasks, including demolition, framing, drywall, plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, baseboards, cabinet and fixture installations, cleanup, and various general renovation duties.

The Responsibilities:

Adhere to company processes, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and accurate completion of assigned tasks.

Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with customers, respecting their property, and leaving work areas spotless.

The Requirements:
Proficiency in tiling, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and bath/shower installations.
Possession of a valid driver's license, with the ability to travel across the GTA to various job sites.
Own vehicle (preferably a truck/van) and personal set of tools.
Team player with the ability to work independently (leadership positions are a bonus).
Capable of lifting 50 lbs or more.
Provide three professional references for projects completed from start to finish.
