**ABOUT US**:
Enterprise Business Services Division (EBSD) provides common business functions including insurance, risk management, mail and print services, translation services, digital learning, forms management, document authentication services, Publications Ontario and surplus asset management.

Under EBSD, The Document Solutions and Logistics Branch is a one stop shop for all OPS forms needs (both printed and e-forms) including design, development, printing, warehousing and distribution through both the web (the Central Forms Repository) and the Distribution Centre. Print Services also delivers all manner of eco-friendly printing and related services including digital and graphics design, bindery/finishing. As part of its logístical services, and to complement the OPS Green Agenda, this unit also supports Surplus Assets Management and the E-Waste Program.

**What can I expect to do in this role?**: Reporting to Senior Operations Manager, you will:

- Efficiently lead and manage the day-to-day print, design and lettershop operations.
- Participate in managing vendor selection for print and design services.
- Support the operational vision to meet or exceed customer expectations and employee engagement.
- Provide strategic leadership, advice and coaching to staff.
- Provide financial management of unit budget, expenditure plans and results-based plans.
- Participate in the negotiations, development and operationalization of internal service partnership agreements.

- You have experience motivating and inspiring staff to achieve results in a rapidly changing environment.
- You possess strong people management skills and have experience managing difficult conversations.
- You have proven experience in developing sound and innovative programs and in issues management.
- You support learning and development, and provide meaningful performance feedback.
- You have excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills along with a strong sense of political acuity to deal with a variety of sensitive issues.
- You have knowledge of human resources practices, principles, and policies including recruitment, training and development, labour relations, performance evaluation.

**Technical Knowledge and Experience**:

- You have knowledge of Printing, Lettershop and Mass Mailing service and operations.
- You have experience operating various mass mailing/print technology systems and design/operations equipment.
- You have knowledge of relevant practices and technologies and regulations (Canada Post Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act, Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, Protection of Privacy Act).
- You have knowledge of financial accounting/reporting policies to manage results-based planning and monitor and administer the operational budget.

**Communication and Relationship Management Skills**:

- You demonstrate superior written, oral and interpersonal skills and can influence and negotiate with partners and stakeholders to find collaborative solutions to complex issues.
