Job Overview:
As the Mobile Patrol / Field Support Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of residents and premises within our condominium community. You will oversee and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring adherence to protocols and procedures while maintaining a professional and responsive presence.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Supervision and Coordination**:
Supervise a team of security officers and ensure their deployment, scheduling, and performance meet operational needs.

Coordinate with the Security Manager to implement security strategies and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Training and Development**:
Train new security personnel on condo rules, emergency procedures, and security protocols.

Conduct regular training sessions and drills to maintain preparedness and improve team efficiency.

**Incident Response and Management**:
Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.

Investigate security breaches, conduct thorough incident reports, and recommend corrective actions.

**Customer Service and Resident Relations**:
Interact professionally with residents, visitors, and contractors to address concerns and maintain a positive community environment.

Ensure security officers provide courteous and helpful assistance while enforcing condo regulations.

**Administrative Duties**:
Maintain accurate records of security operations, incidents, and daily activity reports.

Oversee inventory and maintenance of security equipment and supplies.

**Compliance and Safety**:
Ensure security procedures align with local laws and regulations.

Conduct regular inspections to identify safety hazards and security vulnerabilities.

Qualifications:
Proven experience of 2 years minimum in a supervisory role within the security industry, preferably in a residential or condominium setting.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with residents and stakeholders.

Knowledge of security operations and emergency response protocols.

Certification in CPR and First Aid is desirable.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in security management is a plus.

Pay: $19.50-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
