- Translate documents, correspondence, and conversations between English and French to ensure clear communication and understanding.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain common areas of the building by ordering and stocking coffee and other refreshments, running dishwashers daily, greeting guests, and preparing meeting areas for events as required.
- Serving as the main point of contact for vendors.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather and organize information, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, keeping records organized and easily accessible.
- Other duties as provided by the direct manager or supervisor Requirements:

- Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
- Proficiency in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
