The Glen Arbour Golf Club is a private golf course located in Hammonds Plains, Nova Scotia, just west of Halifax and features a classic eighteen-hole championship course, a nine-hole par three as well as a practice facility. **Is this you?**
- Previous experience working at a golf course while managing pace of play.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure.
- Ability to take direction and feedback.
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain a sense of urgency, while maintaining quality service standards.
- Confident working both independently, as well as part of the team.

**Some of Your responsibilities will include**:
Reporting directly to the Assistant Golf Professional you will work closely with the Golf Shop and outside services team to deliver the highest possible level of service in accordance with the philosophy of Glen Arbour and the golf course needs.
- Greet and interact with golfers in a friendly manner as they approach the bag drop or starter stand.
- Provide information regarding course, play times and other golf-related issues.
- Communicate with Golf Shop and beverage cart on the course to identify and deal with any potential pace of play problems.
- Keep track of golf carts and rental equipment.
- Monitor and assist with course, practice facility and golf cart cleanliness.
- Assist other outside service staff as needed. Pull carts out at beginning of the shift.
- Follow policies and procedures of Glen Arbour Golf Course
- Report all concerns, accidents and incidents to immediate supervisor for follow-up and appropriate action.
- Assist with event set up and additional event duties.
- Performs standard opening and closing procedures.
- Any additional tasks assigned by a manager and/or supervisor.
