If your currently working in automotive, have non prime finance experience and a proven track record of success we want you

Over 40% of car buyers in Canada have less than perfect credit and do not qualify for car dealerships advertised payments, interest rates and incentives?

This means that almost half of the people that visit a car dealership and buy a vehicle do not get approved for the vehicle they bought. This makes car buying for most people frustrating, stressful and an embarrassing waste of time.

Buy It Smart Automotive is NOT a car dealership

We help our clients by getting them pre approved for an auto loan, then present them with vehicle options they will be approved for that meet their needs, lifestyle and desired budget.

We are growing fast and need great non prime finance managers willing to start or grow their personal brand with us, contribute to social media marketing, brand development, work customer leads online, over the phone and in person.

We offer the highest commission pay in the industry, draw and bonus incentives that include;

**Salary**: $68,655.38-$75,311.49 per year
