Coastal Countertops & Cabinets, located in Parksville, BC, is looking for that perfect person to join our team and help fuel our growth. We are small collaborative shop that serves the residential, builder and smaller multifamily markets and prides itself on excellent customer service.

Daily Duties
- Developing our business in the builder, developer, and multi-family markets
- Reviewing active building permits in the area
- Estimating large and small projects using simple CAD work
- Site meetings - project closing
- Main contact between site and shop
- Contribute to development of marketing strategies
- Managing relations with a self-developed stable of contractors

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of construction, timelines, estimating,
- Relationship building
- Computer skills (MS Office Suite)
- Conflict resolution
- Organized and efficient
- Excellent communication skills
- Project management skills

**Salary**: $52,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
