**Position Summary**:
Participate in the creation and development of pricing strategies and initiatives. Accountable for the analysis, and execution of pricing strategies to drive growth and profitability. Ensures alignment with divisional goals and objectives as related to pricing and margin goals.

**Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
Strategic reporting analysis on initiatives
- United Direct Customer pricing
- Intercompany pricing
Provide extensive and ongoing analysis of PADs (Pricing Allowance Deviation)
Develop and utilize exception reporting to provide accurate and timely recommendations to
leadership regarding pricing and margin issues.
Participates in the development of training activities around pricing
Participates with the category teams in the establishment of cost and margin
Development of benchmark and performance reporting, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
Development of ‘best practices’ with regard to URS program pricing
- Communication to marketing and sales leadership
- Maintenance of ‘best practices’
- Pricing and margin expert
- Proficient communication skills - both written and verbal - to communicate effectively with a broad-based team including diverse internal stakeholders
- Excellent internal customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be able to develop, refine, communicate, and implement plans and to set and define goals.
- Must have industry, and segment knowledge and be able to analyze and interpret data.
- Must have excellent time management, administration, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Must be able to build relationships, network, influence and link resources to plan and execute business practices.
- Must have the ability to multi-task and take on new responsibilities with a strong desire to succeed.
- Develops solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation. Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives
- Ability to inject creativity, fresh thinking, and new perspectives into business approaches.
- Judgment and decision making - considers the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one
**Experience and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor Degree/College Diploma Marketing, Business or related field
- Extensive Excel Experience. Experience on Google apps will be an asset.
- 5+ years of previous experience in analytics/coordinator or related field
