**As a Client Manager at Benefits by Design, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team atmosphere as well as**:

- Anticipate, recommend solutions and make decisions based on the needs of the client
- Gather and utilize client data to assist in identifying client-focused opportunities
- Build and maintain Advisor relationships and support Plan Administrator relationships
- Analyze with a “think outside the box” approach to solve problems and prepare proposals or alternatives to traditional and non-traditional employee benefits plans
- Manage and retain an assigned block/portfolio of business in relation to plan design, cost containment initiatives and renewals
- Grow your skills and knowledge especially as it relates to the Group Benefits industry
