**Responsibilities**:
- Perform quality reviews of all deliverables provided by field techs, drafting, and design teams
- Provide daily support, expertise, and liaise with AFL employees, customers, and contractors throughout all phases of the Project.
- Develop, track, and maintain quality metrics for each phase of the
- Propose, document, and maintain continual process improvements to internal standard operating procedures and forms, construction and engineering bulletins, and training guides.
- Propose strategies to avoid duplication of work, minimize processing times and reduce
- Adherence to and promotion of the Canadian environmental, health & safety
- Performance of other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

**Qualifications**:
- experience ideally in the Telecommunication field would be an asset
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerBI
- Knowledge in the following considered an asset: GPON FTTP, FTTx, other Outside Plant Design
- Being able to read and understand telecommunication network drawings an asset.
Working Conditions
- Normal office environment
- Ability to work in a stressful, time-sensitive, ever-changing, and high-tempo environment
- General hours of Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm - longer hours may be required
