McMillan has an exciting opportunity as a **Coordinator, Professional Growth & Management **working from our **Toronto **office and supporting programs for our legal professionals nationally. As a member of the Professional Growth & Management team, you will play a key role in the administrative aspects of a fast-paced department**.**

**What You’ll Do**

You will be an integral member to your team who will depend on your assistance and support to keep projects and processes on track and organized. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, supporting the Director, Professional Excellence (National), the Associate Director and the Director, Law Clerks and Paralegals in a variety of initiatives, including planning and running professional development, onboarding and other programs for law students, lawyers, law clerks and paralegals, assisting with law society CPD accreditation matters, and providing overall support in planning, tracking and organizing the work of the group.

Additional tasks include: organizing and maintaining the PGM electronic files in the firm document management system (DMS), tracking and reconciling department budget reports and credit card statements, and undertaking special projects and other duties as assigned.

**What You Bring**

You have established yourself as a key resource in your successful administrative career. Your history includes providing administrative support to senior leaders, preferably in a professional services firm with a minimum of _five years_ of administrative experience. You have strong project management, organizational and interpersonal skills. You are self-starter and have been entrusted with projects from start-to-finish. You are detail-oriented and are able to effectively meet deadlines with on-going overlapping projects and initiatives. You work well in a team setting, and provide an exceptional level of client service. You embrace evolving technology and have strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Prior experience with viRecruit is an asset_. Previous law firm experience, and/or experience supporting continuing professional development programs would be considered an asset._
