Contract duration: 48 Weeks

Start date: ASAP
Location: Onsite, Gatineau, QC
Language: English

Clearance: Secret

**Responsibilities could include but are not limited to**:

- account management (create. delete, update, move etc.) of DFATD’s designate network (SIGNET D);
- account management (create. delete, update, move etc.) of DFATD’s classified network (SIGNET C);
- updating and actioning Remedy trouble tickets on a first come first serve basis;
- ensure any client requests are completed to the clients' satisfaction;
- create and modify security groups for shared network drive access;
- execute Visual Basic script;

**Skills/Experience Required**:

- Must have a certificate, diploma, or degree in computer science or other relevant field from a post-secondary institution;
- A minimum of one year of experience administering network user accounts using Microsoft Active Directory;
- A minimum of one year of experience using Remedy or other IT Service Management (ITSM) incident/problem management tracking software.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- client service: 1 year (required)
- administering network user accounts: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Secret clearance (required)

Work Location: One location
