**What you will do**:
The Contracts Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative areas for the Contracts functions, and requires close interaction with the Customers, Legal, Sales, Marketing, Management, and Senior Leadership teams.

This is a great opportunity for someone who possesses an acute attention to detail, sense of urgency, investigative and analytical skills with a customer service orientation. The Stryker contract portfolio requires significant administrative and organizational skills, and fundamental knowledge of standard contract language. This role provides a unique opportunity to work cross-divisionally and build relationships with both internal and external customers.

This is hybrid position, you will work 50/50 work/office, with a very flexible schedule.

**You will**

- Employ excellent time management and organizational skills to follow up with customers on all outstanding issues within expected timelines.
- Provide contract administration support consisting primarily by acquiring appropriate approvals, signatures, and mailing.
- Create and update the Contract management system with key contract details.
- Minimize number of open contracts at any point in time by assisting in tracking and moving draft contracts forward.
- Other contract administrative support as required by the contract team.
- Engage in continuous improvement reviews, and provides recommendations, solutions, supports ideas and initiatives.
- Participate in development, creation, improvement, and execution of standard procedures in the Proposals and Contracts department.
- Develop product working knowledge.
- Build strong partnerships with all stakeholders including customers, sales representatives, commercial leaders, legal, pricing and marketing.
- Maintains a good understanding of procurement at the hospital, regional, provincial, and national buying group levels to ensure alignment with customer and government-imposed terms & conditions.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

**What you need**:

- Post-Secondary education required; University Degree preferred.
- 1+ years of administrative experience preferred.
- Bilingual (French & English) is an asset.
- Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience, and performance over time at Stryker will be considered.
