**Essential Responsibilities**:
The role of the Supply Chain Analyst is key to liaising between our Contract Manufacturers (CM’s) and the other members of the MBT. The key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with ~10 globally dispersed PCBA suppliers to understand key component shortages over next 6 months
- Maintaining a consolidated shortage view from suppliers on a monthly cycle
- Identifying key supply gaps in next 1, 3, 6 months
- 24 months
- Liaising with Site Materials & Sourcing teams to prioritize risks
- Tracking and driving mitigation actions with Sourcing, CM’s and Technology teams to ensure appropriate mitigation actions are in place and on track to closing supply gaps
- Providing the MBT CM Management team with inputs on their CM’s supply performance and issues
- Providing the MBT OEM Management team with a consolidated view of shortages and Manufacturer’s component level
- Building out the tools and process to improve the sharing of data and alignment of actions across the supply chain using the most appropriate techniques, Excel templates, Smartsheet forms etc.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or the same knowledge/experience
- Minimum of 5 years of strong supply chain experience
**Desired Characteristics**:
- Significant progressive work experience
- Experience of supplier management
- Minimum 5 years
- Understanding basic PCBA BOM structures
- Understanding of the CM, Distributors and OEM business models
- Clear thinker with systematic process driven approach to achieve measurable outcomes
- Can take data driven decisions whilst managing ambiguity and competing stakeholder views
- Experience of working across geographies and with multiple disciplines
- Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of influencing and driving a strategic change agenda across a large organization and multiple regions of the world
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify, explain and solve critical issues
- Six Sigma/lean practitioner expertise, with experience of process simplification in a Quality context
- Able to anticipate, develop and implement change responsive to the internal environment and participate in organizational and cultural development
- Strong technical skills in tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, ERP etc.
- Ability to manage multiple data inputs, consolidate and analyze
