**Role**: Supply Chain Analyst
**Status**: Contract, 6 months Full Time
**Reports to**: Manager, Supply Chain - Reverse Logistics & Warranty
**Location**: Markham - Hybrid
The Supply Chain Analyst is skilled and experienced in collaborating with colleagues and internal/external stakeholders on a multitude of Supply Chain tasks and initiatives.
The individual is expected to operate at a strategic, operational, and project level to deliver results, optimize processes, deliver operational tools, operating standards, sourcing methodologies, supplier qualification & development, value engineering and value stream mapping.
**Key activities include, but are not limited to**:
- Customer Master Card fulfillment and corrective actions / escalations. Includes receipt of finalization reports, assembling uploads, tracking status, regular reporting
- Internal PCard administration. Includes requesting/issuing cards to end users, tracking spend, corrective actions with internal and external stakeholders
- Leadership and participation across various Supply Chain initiatives. Includes requirements gathering, data analysis, modeling alternatives, project management, root-cause analyses, progress reporting, process auditing, vendor performance management
- Using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint to operate and communicate consistently comes naturally to the Supply Chain Analyst. This role calls for a self-starter, a highly business-curious individual, an individual who is comfortable with large data sets, and an individual who is comfortable supporting projects and building collaborative relationships.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree or professional certification desired
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to assist in the development and execution of supplier contract agreements
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and manage relationships with various stakeholders
- Comfortable operating under moderate level of guidance and direction
- High degree of business ethics and accountability
- Positive attitude and high level of integrity
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Effective English communication skills both verbal and written
- High degree of client service orientation
