Job Description:
Job Summary

Reporting into our Manager, Supply Chain Systems the primary focus of the Supply Chain Systems Analyst role is to support our Supply Chain strategy and systems to optimize our growing Pet Valu network.

Essential

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze business processes, identifying opportunities to optimize while providing solutions.
- Document detailed business requirements, user processes and flow charts to support current / future state.
- Perform advanced level data mining and ad-hoc data analysis using various tools.
- Collaborate with IT and Operations to design solutions that meet the needs of the business.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing and validation of the systems functionality. Provide on-site support during project go-live and hyper care.
- Facilitating user training and SOP development where required for warehouse systems.
- Support and collaborate with internal teams to help define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical probability.
- Ability to work positively with their immediate team and cross-functional partners involved in key projects and/or Pet Valu business.
- Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies across the business.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with a focus on driving exceptional results with a profound sense of teamwork and accountability.
- Measure and track performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Review a variety of areas including operations, purchasing, inventory, and distribution.
- Conduct insightful, ad hoc analysis to explore ongoing or one-time operational opportunities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience, Education, Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- System Implementation experience considered an asset.
- Must be able to travel to offices, stores, and distribution centers as required.

Working Conditions
- Primarily Monday to Friday, flexible hybrid work schedule from home and office/DC.
- Ability to work in a warehouse and office environment.
- Able & willing to travel up to 10-30% of the time.
