Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that fleet and all shop equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition.
**Responsibilities**:
To plan, organize and direct the maintenance, service and repair of the company trucks and trailers and provide supervision and direction to fleet maintenance personnel. Position is responsible for ensuring servicing and repairs meet manufacturer, Department of Transportation and Federal guidelines/regulations. Be able to communicate effectively with vendors, technicians, different departments and the subordinate staff. Duties may include but are not limited to Schedules and assign shifts and establishes work priorities; develops and implements programs of preventive maintenance. Determines requirements for spare parts, supplies, and materials inventory; assists in preparation of specifications for equipment.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years proven experience as a Truck Fleet Maintenance Supervisor is a must.
**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
