**Maintenance Supervisor**
**Position Summary**:
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the maintenance department, including planning, implementation, budgeting, and the maintenance of the facility’s physical plant and production equipment. This position has 12 direct reports, including millwrights, electricians, apprentices, and a Maintenance Coordinator.
**Essential Functions**:
- Coordinate repairs of the production and support equipment using in-house mechanics or outside contractors.
- Develop PM-schedule to minimize downtime of equipment related to equipment failure.
- Coordinate all mechanics and outside contractors in repairing and maintaining all equipment in accordance with company and manufactures specifications.
- Order related spare parts and supplies used in the upkeep of the equipment.
- Assist the maintenance team with resolving issues when needed.
- Assist management in reaching the goals of the company.
**Position Requirements**:
- Post secondary education, specializing in a skilled trade.
- 5+ years of experience supervising or managing maintenance staff in a manufacturing environment.
- Valid drivers license.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and must be willing to learn new software programs.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
