L’analyste - Infrastructure participe à la planification, au développement, à l’acquisition, à la configuration, aux améliorations, à la mise en œuvre et au cycle de vie de domaines d’infrastructures complexes. Il (elle) fournit du soutien fonctionnel ainsi que des conseils et des avis techniques en ce qui concerne les technologies de réseau et de sécurité informatiques situées sur place ou hébergées à l’externe.

Responsabilités principales:

- Participer à la conduite d’études de faisabilité, à des estimations de coûts, du temps et du personnel nécessaires et à des analyses de rentabilisation. Contribuer à l’élaboration des spécifications, des normes et des critères d’évaluation, et participer à l’évaluation de solutions complexes (internes ou commerciales).
- Participer aux exigences de collecte et d’analyse des besoins, et contribuer aux plans détaillés, à l’architecture de systèmes, aux conceptions et aux spécifications pour la fourniture et la mise en œuvre de systèmes d’infrastructure et de solutions technologiques, afin de répondre aux exigences d’affaires et/ou opérationnelles, techniques, de sécurité et de protection.
- Participer aux travaux requis pour le développement, la configuration, l’amélioration, la mise à jour, l’essai et la mise en œuvre (y compris l’automatisation) des composants d’infrastructure et des solutions technologiques des systèmes et des sous-systèmes.
- Fournir de la documentation technique sur le système d’infrastructure et sur l’architecture et les conceptions, les spécifications, les processus, les cas et les scénarios d’essai des sous-systèmes. Fournir de la documentation, du matériel de formation et du soutien à la gestion du changement pour la transition des logiciels, des systèmes et des technologies en exploitation.
- Participer au développement des changements apportés aux systèmes d’infrastructure et aux solutions technologiques existants afin de corriger les lacunes, de répondre à de nouvelles exigences d’affaires et/ou opérationnelles, de maintenir l’opérabilité, la fiabilité, la sécurité et la gestion de la configuration, d’améliorer le rendement ou de réduire les coûts, conformément aux normes et aux procédures du groupe Technologies. Assurer le respect des niveaux de service.

Exigences du poste

Formation/certificat de compétence:

- Diplôme d’une université ou d’un collège reconnu avec une spécialisation acceptable en génie informatique, en génie électrique, en génie des systèmes, en informatique ou en systèmes d’information, et au moins cinq (5) ans d’expérience connexe ou une combinaison équivalente d’études et d’expérience.

Expérience:

- De trois (3) à cinq (5) ans d’expérience de la conception, de la mise à l’essai et de la mise en œuvre de projets d’infrastructure de réseau et de sécurité de complexité variable.
- De trois (3) à cinq (5) ans d’expérience connexe dans le domaine de l’infrastructure de réseau et de pare-feu.

Connaissances:

- Connaissance approfondie des systèmes et des technologies d’infrastructure dans un ou plusieurs domaines d’infrastructure (réseau et pare-feu).
- Connaissance de la conception, du soutien, du cycle de vie et des tendances de l’industrie pour un sous-ensemble de technologies liées au réseau étendu (WAN), au réseau métropolitain (MAN) et au réseau local (LAN); à la connectivité VPN IPSec et SSL, aux technologies de virtualisation des réseaux, aux technologies de réseaux de centres de données et aux technologies de pare-feu.
- Connaissance des processus, des pratiques et des techniques modernes du cycle de vie des systèmes, dont les approches Agile, Scrum et le processus de développement et d’exploitation.
- Connaissance des processus, des pratiques, des outils et des techniques de gestion de la configuration de systèmes et de logiciels ainsi que de la gestion du changement.
- Connaissance des considérations en matière de cybersécurité dans le cadre des technologies, des systèmes et des services d’infrastructure.
- Connaissance des processus et des procédures de gestion de projet.
