**Duties**:
Who are we and what do we do?

O Division Sensitive and International Investigations (SII) focuses its expertise on sensitive and international investigations threatening Canada's interests such as those directed towards the institutions of government, public officials, the integrity of the Crown, or otherwise imperil Canada's political, economic, and social integrity.

This team of highly skilled and experienced investigators conducts investigations from beginning to end, including obtaining judicial authorizations, building the court case for an efficient disclosure, interviewing witnesses and suspects, etc.

Members of SII also take care of liaising and working with partner organizations and providing guidance and direction in human sources/agent handling and development.

What will you be doing?

Performs daily, weekly and monthly inventory of all vehicles and vehicle-related supplies to maintain the fleet in good operating and safe condition.

Schedules daily, weekly and monthly preventative maintenance and repair of vehicles to ensure the operational readiness of vehicles which includes tire changeovers, oil changes, recalls, windshield repairs, windshield wiper replacements, fuel levels, battery charges, etc.

Drives vehicles to and from repair or maintenance facilities as necessary.

Coordinates and maintains the electronic key management system which includes entering and updating personal information, providing access codes, providing access to the group(s) of vehicles, onboarding new employees to the usage of the system, etc. Monitors the system to track usage and recommend inventory/fleet requirements.

**Intent of the process**:
The intent of the selection process is to staff one (1) indeterminate Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB position with an Enhanced Reliability Status with RCMP Top Secret security clearance. The position is located at 155 McArthur Avenue, Ottawa, ON.

This selection process could also be used to staff similar positions of varying tenures, of varying bilingual imperative linguistic profiles within the O Division, RCMP.

Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

Experience working in a fleet vehicle work environment.

Experience conducting basic routine vehicle checks and maintenance such as: topping up washer fluid, inspecting fluid levels (oil, brake, transmission, coolant etc.), checking tire pressure, replacing wiper blades etc.

Experience providing administrative support services such as data entry, typing, photocopying and/or filing.

Experience in providing services to clients.

Ability to communicate orally effectively.
Ability to communicate in writing effectively.
