Crystal Creek Homes is a premier home builder dedicated to creating exceptional living environments. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Area Sales Manager to join our team in the Belvedere community
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Represent Crystal Creek Homes professionally to ensure a positive experience for homeowners.
- Generate and build relationships to identify lead opportunities.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain working relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the construction of their new home.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge of our model offerings and value proposition.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of mortgage products and financing options.
- Prepare concise and accurate documentation for homeowners, construction, and office personnel.
- Participate in bi-weekly sales meetings and training opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales Associates and/or host partners to maintain an efficient and productive sales center.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in new home sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Customer Management Software.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- High level of accountability and integrity.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Sharp negotiation and time-management skills.
Additional pay:
- Commission pay
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
**Experience**:
- New home sales: 3 years (required)
