**Areas of Responsibilities**:
The Business Analyst, Warranty Services, oversees and analyzes development initiatives and data for Warranty Services, while acting as a project manager and analytical support for department and strategic initiatives within the Warranty Services department.

The job aims to identify gaps within the Warranty Services department’s working process and, through analysis and reporting, provide recommendations for improvement. The job works with senior management to ensure projects, both departmental and strategic, are completed within the required timeframes by securing resources, developing content, and working directly with external vendors, as requested.

The position also entails analyzing data sets, preparing reports, and writing memos when needed for different groups within the corporation as well as the Vice President.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ experience with data analysis, coupled with project management, risk management, corporate reporting, and operational reporting.
- Project management experience in a collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated change management and strategic thinking competencies.
- Excellent analytical, written and oral communication/presentation skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple demands and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong computer (MS Office) and data entry skills
- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic team environment
- Demonstrated interest in and commitment to continuous learning
- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities
- Working knowledge of the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act is preferred
