**Rémunération**: 55 000$- 63 000$
- Les fourchettes salariales sont établies en fonction du rôle, du niveau et de l’emplacement. La fourchette salariale affichée pour chaque offre d’emploi reflète le minimum et le maximum visés pour les salaires des nouvelles embauches en vue de pourvoir le poste. À l’intérieur de la fourchette, la rémunération individuelle est établie en fonction du lieu de travail et de facteurs supplémentaires, y compris les compétences professionnelles, l’expérience et l’éducation ou la formation pertinentes. Une fourchette salariale plus précise pour l’emplacement de votre choix pourra être discutée pendant le processus d’embauche. **À propos de ce rôle et de vous**

Le représentant ou la représentante du service à la clientèle (RSC) est la personne-ressource principale des clients, des transporteurs et des fournisseurs pour toutes les activités de soutien à la clientèle. Le ou la RSC a la responsabilité d’entretenir les relations avec les répartiteurs des transporteurs de manière à assurer la continuité de l’approvisionnement des clients de Chemtrade en produits et services. Le ou la RSC est également la principale personne-ressource chargée d’assurer la liaison entre les clients et les autres équipes interfonctionnelles au sein de l’entreprise de manière à satisfaire aux exigences des clients et à répondre à tout rapport de non-conformité d’un client, le cas échéant.

Titres et qualités
- ** Il faut être parfaitement bilingue (en français et en anglais)**:

- Diplôme collégial ou baccalauréat en administration d’affaires ou en gestion de chaîne d’approvisionnement; les formations ou expériences équivalentes peuvent être prises en considération.
- De deux à cinq années d’expérience dans une fonction liée au service à la clientèle ou à la gestion des chaînes d’approvisionnement sont un atout
- Il faut être disposé à travailler selon des horaires rotatifs et à être disponible 24 h sur 24 et 7 jours sur 7 conformément aux affectations
- Les représentants du service à la clientèle doivent être prêts à travailler selon des horaires rotatifs afin de soutenir les activités commerciales dans d’autres régions et dans d’autres fuseaux horaires.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques; suite MS Office
- Une expérience de travail avec SAP ou un autre progiciel de gestion intégré est un atout.
- Un certificat de TMD est un atout.

Responsabilités
- Planifier, surveiller et expédier les livraisons aux clients; travailler de concert avec les répartiteurs des transporteurs désignés de la commande jusqu’à la livraison.
- Communiquer tout retard ou changement affectant une commande au client concerné de manière à s’assurer que ses exigences sont toujours satisfaites. Au besoin, prévoir un transporteur secondaire ou remanier le calendrier des commandes de manière à répondre aux exigences du client en matière de livraisons.
- Veiller à ce que les bons de commande des clients correspondent aux modalités et aux barèmes de prix établis par Chemtrade. Transmettre une lettre d’accusé de réception de bons de commande à chaque client une fois par an.
- Maintenir une base de données sur les exigences des clients et s’assurer que celles-ci sont satisfaites. Faire en sorte qu’un rapport d’examen avant livraison est fourni avant la première livraison et révisé tous les trois ans.
