Draft regular correspondence letters and notices.
- Provide general office administration support
- QuickBooks posting
- Assist with coordination of basic building services under the guidance of PM (i.e., snow removal, fire alarm inspections, landscaping, etc.)
- Assists with preparation of Common Area Maintenance under the guidance of PM (i.e., doors, lock, plumbing repairs)
- maintain vendor database
- Bank Run
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

**SOFTWARE**
- QuickBooks - Proficient
- Microsoft 365 (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - Proficient

**OTHER**
- Task oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptable, professional, and able to multitask.
- Resourceful, organized, and able meet tight deadlines.

**Experience**:

- property administration: 2 years (preferred)
- office administration: 2 years (preferred)
- Accounts Receivable: 2 years (preferred)
