En tant que Sales Manager, vous rejoindrez notre _équipe_ dynamique et internationale afin de présenter la proposition de valeur de Mews aux hôteliers situés au Canada. Nous recherchons une personne ambitieuse et persévérante qui souhaite bouleverser le secteur de l'hôtellerie grâce à des technologies innovantes. Notre objectif consiste à modifier radicalement la façon dont les clients et les hôtels interagissent.

- Identifier des clients potentiels et générer des revenus en vendant Mews Systems aux acteurs du secteur de l'hôtellerie
- Identifier les régions et segments clés pour atteindre les objectifs que vous vous êtes fixés et ceux fixés par votre responsable
- Générer des opportunités commerciales en développant un vaste portefeuille client grâce à une culture axée sur les processus, pour des résultats constants
- Adopter une approche consultative et faire preuve de professionnalisme lors de vos négociations avec les clients pour que chaque interaction soit couronnée de succès
- Créer, mettre en œuvre et gérer des plans de vente stratégiques pour atteindre des objectifs de croissance élevés dont vous rendrez régulièrement compte à votre équipe Tirer le meilleur parti de relations établies et prendre appui sur des techniques de vente éprouvées pour garantir une réussite à long terme
- Generate leads and revenue by selling Mews Systems to the Hotel & Hostel industry
- Identify the key regions and segments to achieve success in hitting targets set by you and your Sales Director
- Generate new business with an ability to grow an extensive, qualified pipeline through a process driven culture that delivers consistent results
- Demonstrate "high achiever" traits as a strong negotiator with a consultative approach which ultimately cultivates success in every client interaction
- Create, implement and manage strategic sales plans to achieve high growth targets which you will report regularly to the team
- Ability to leverage established relationships and proven sales techniques for long-term success

- Français courant
- Vous avez une première expérience de vente dans le domaine de l'hôtellerie ou de celui des logiciels hôteliers
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de l'enseignement supérieur, de préférence dans le domaine de la finance/du commerce ou du management/de l'hôtellerie
- Vous justifiez d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste équivalent
- Capacité à travailler dans une entreprise à forte croissance, à la fois de manière autonome et au sein d'une équipe
- Faire preuve d'une approche axée sur le client et être à l'écoute du client pour une meilleure prise en compte de ses besoins au sein de nos équipes
- Excellent sens de l'organisation et une motivation à toute épreuve
- Grande adaptabilité, grande capacité d'apprentissage et attitude proactive vis-à-vis des retours reçus
- Vous êtes force de proposition et contribuez activement au développement de l'entreprise
- Vous avez un excellent sens du relationnel et l communiquer avec des employés, clients et partenaires dans différents pays et à tous les niveaux de l'entreprise ne vous fait pas peur Vous faites preuve d'un intérêt prononcé pour les nouvelles technologies innovantes de l'hôtellerie
