New Business Lead

Our client is seeking a team player who is excited to jump in and help shape the direction of an exciting new production company. Focused on expanding their reach and company profile within the greater Toronto area commercial production ecosystem, they are looking for a relationship builder to foster, grow and seek opportunities for our roster of commercial directors and photographers.
This role is currently 100% remote outside of when required to be on set during production or required to attend client meetings or client presentations.
What you'll be doing:
- Foster new business and manage existing client relationships.
- Manage and grow the existing roster of directors and photographers.
- Identity new talent for potential addition to the director/photographer roster
- Lead new business pitches, proposals, and capability presentations.
- Responsible for multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Support producers with managing client requirements and communications and balancing project schedules and budgets.
- Operational accountability for delivery: timelines, budgets, resourcing, process management and improvement.
- Openness to travel opportunities for production-related work. What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of producer or project manager experience within a production company or advertising agency.
- Commercial production experience or knowledge is preferred but not required.
- Outstanding leadership skills with a can-do attitude.
- Extremely organized and can multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Creative design sensibilities - professional look & feel
- Deep understanding of project management, workflow and infrastructure
- Professional demeanour and an ability to work well under pressure.
- Established rolodex within the agency/agency producer world as an asset
