We are seeking a **Electrical Apprentice** in the London area who is aspiring to reach their potential in the field of construction, reporting to the Utilities Manager.
**Environment**
The Electrical Apprentice will have an all in learning attitude with a strong work ethic and show. They ensure that duties are being completed in an efficient, effective, and safe manner. They contribute to the success of projects through careful organization and planning. Overtime as necessary to meet project deadlines.
**How you will make an IMPACT**
- Able to work independently and efficiently in fast paced environment
- Must be able to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Ability to read & interpret drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of the Ontario Electrical Code
- Good communication skills both written and oral
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and project managers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues effectively and efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent.
- Promote a positive team environment
- Complete administrative duties onsite including daily logs and photos, health and safety reports, quality reports, compliance reports, incident reports, and any other documentation as required
- Other duties as assigned
