Apprentice Generalcarpenter

**Job Overview**
As a Carpenter Apprentice, you will work under the guidance of experienced carpenters to learn the trade and develop your skills in various construction projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in measuring, cutting, and shaping wood, plastic, and other materials
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely
- Support in building, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with journeyman/journeywoman carpenters to complete tasks efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Familiarity with low voltage systems is a plus
- Knowledge of industrial electrician practices is beneficial
- Proficiency in using power tools effectively
- Ability to read and understand blueprints accurately
- Willingness to learn and develop carpentry skills
- Comfort working with hand tools and electrical equipment

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
