We are seeking an Employee Services Advisor to join our Employee Experience Services Department. Under the limited direction
of the Employee Advisory Services Lead, the Employee Services Advisor is responsible for providing advice and guidance to the
section Employee Advisory Services group pertaining to wage and salary administration and northern benefits. This position is also
responsible for coordinating, advising, reviewing, enhancing and implementing the Corporate Employee Relocation Program fairly
policies.

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Provide expert advice and guidance to management, Human Resources staff and employees on the policies, processes and

procedures relating to the Employee.
- Relocation Program and develop and monitor activity reports for Senior Management.
- Investigate and resolve employee or Management inquiries in a manner that supports corporate goals and objectives.
- Establish and maintain files in accordance with auditing requirements, monitor the status of employee relocations and monitor
- the Employee Advisory Services Hub/mailbox for employee relocation inquiries.- Prepare and issue Relocation letters and agreements, approve employee relocation expense accounts with supporting
- documents, and regularly consult with Line Management on issues outside of policy.- Liaise with staff across the Corporation regularly to ensure a cost-effective and integrated employee transfer, including the

Property Department concerning the sale and purchase of an employee's principal residence; Purchasing Dept/External
moving company concerning the arrangement of household moves; Law Department regarding the interpretation of complex
Legal Documents; Total Reward Dept concerning tax implications associated with certain expenses.
- Provide guidance to the Employee Advisory Services staff on human resource matters, including collective agreements, policy
- Coordinate and assist in implementing corporate-wide strategic salary-related activities, including general wage increases,
- Work collaboratively within HR and SAP Support departments to carry out these activities.
- Review and analyze monthly increments, pay grade adjustments, and other wage and salary treatments for processing and
- implementation.- Verify personnel actions for accurate records in the system.
- Develop and provide business process documents and provide training to Employee Services Representatives in wage and
- salary administration, employee relocation program and northern benefits.- Assist in any escalated or complex issues regarding retroactivity/recoveries.
- Assist with research assignments, initiatives, and projects related to wage and salary as required.

**_ Qualifications:_**
- A four-year business degree (HR major) and a minimum of two years of directly related experience

OR
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Manitoba Hydro's collective agreements, policies and practices, wage and
- salary administration, and other related human resource processes.- Proven interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at various
- levels within the Corporation.- Demonstrated experience in proposing improvements to business processes that improve efficiency and boost productivity.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in operating Microsoft 365, including a working knowledge of human resource systems
- and software.- Working knowledge of current labour legislation, human resource trends and human resource best practices.
- Possess initiative with the ability to conduct research and analysis.

**_ Salary Range_**

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range for the classification is $33.70-$46.63 Hourly,
$64,572.30-$89,348.48 Annually.
