We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Techsource, a leading retail electronics store. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Customer Service**: Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling strategies. Ensure that all team members deliver a memorable shopping experience to every customer.
- **Team Management**: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales associates. Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise. Implement effective inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and ensure accurate stock levels at all times.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Ensure that the store layout and product displays are visually appealing and aligned with company standards. Implement creative merchandising strategies to highlight featured products and drive sales.
- **Operational Excellence**: Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including regular maintenance of fixtures and equipment. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with all safety and security protocols.
- **Financial Management**: Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and develop action plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability. Manage store expenses, including labor costs, supplies, and overhead, within budgetary guidelines.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience, in the electronics or technology industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to use Digital Marketing Tools such as Facebook META, Google Ads, Basic E-Commerce platforms
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
