Job DescriptionAs an Associate in Investment Banking:
You'll work under the direction of a senior officer and with other experienced professionals, helping to generate ideas, advise

clients and execute transactions.

**Job Description**:
How You Will Contribute:Research and analyze clients' financial situations, industry and market data, identify, research and analyze mergers and acquisition opportunities;Develop valuation models of individual private and public companies, as well as merged entities;Assist with client negotiations and documentation;Prepare external client proposals and internal underwriting memos; Prepare and contribute to the delivery of client presentations;Aid senior team members with idea generation;Manage and review the work of analysts; and,Develop internal relationships in order to leverage products and services provided by TDBG.RequirementsQualifications:Current or prior experience in Investment Banking (1-3 years) and/or Master of Business Administration (MBA)Have a combination of strong financial/analytical skills, excellent communication abilities and be adept at financial modeling and valuation; and,Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Additional Information#LI-HybridHours37.5InclusivenessAt TD, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, accessible environment, where all employees and customers feel valued, respected and supported.
