We're looking for an **Administrative Assistant** to join our team in **Calgary, AB.**

As an integral part of the KPMG team, our Business Enablement division provides valued, responsive and cost-effective services enabling the business to have the right focus on our clients, our markets, our people, and our communities.

As an Administrative Assistant, you're able to understand business processes and proprietary systems in order to execute or delegate work, manage service delivery, mitigate issues, and bring solutions. Using your creative and analytical skills, you are able to proactively identify and take accountability for all administrative matters, and operate with a large degree of autonomy and independently complete high-quality work to meet established goals.

**Day-to-day Duties of an Administrative Assistant Include**:

- Ensuring all client communications are responded to on time, act on routine enquiries and direct client enquiries to appropriate parties based on knowledge of practice/structure and work process
- Assist Partners with coordinating, creating, editing, proofreading and preparing all standard and non-standard documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Manage Partners' contacts, opportunities, and compliance with Canadian Anti-Spam legislation ensuring they are current
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of client meetings, leadership meetings, and events, as well as compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings when required

- Self-identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Combination of education and experience in Data Processing, Business and/or Administration
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong word-processing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with other Administrative Assistants and peers to address issues, optimize processes and share knowledge
- Strong analytical, critical, and creative thinking skills
