- Gestion des calendriers et assister à des réunions, des sessions de "reviews" et de "dailies" et prendre des notes claires et complètes.
- Assister tous les niveaux de l'équipe de production dans les activités quotidiennes, les activités générales de production et les tâches sur les projets assignés.
- Communiquer quotidiennement avec les coordinateurs de production concernant l'état d'avancement des projets.
- Assister l'équipe de production et de supervision dans le bon déroulement des projets en assurant la diffusion d'information précise et efficace (prise de notes, coordination des appels, mise à jour des tableaux, etc.) durant chaque étape de la pré-production, de la production et de la post-production.
- Servir d'intermédiaire entre les cadres et l'équipe, en fournissant des ressources et des informations selon les besoins.
- Coordonner la logistique des réunions et/ou des séances de visionnage (heure, lieu, participants, hospitalité, etc.).
- Comme cela est attendu à tous les niveaux de la production, guider les artistes et les talents avec l'aide de collègues, de manière attendue et inattendue, de manière efficace et professionnelle.
- Lorsqu'il y a un retour au bureau, ces tâches seront requises : répondre au téléphone, faire des copies, planifier les déplacements, aménager les salles de conférence, réserver les repas, préparer les visites des clients et assurer la coordination avec l'équipe de bureau pour réapprovisionner l’inventaire.

**Exigences**:

- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
- Capacité à travailler sur des tâches multiples, dans un environnement au rythme élevé.
- Capacité à travailler en collaboration pour respecter les délais.
- Connaissance d'Excel, Google Suite (Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Forms, la connaissance de final draft et de photoshop sera requise, mais pourra être enseignée).
- Flexibilité, adaptabilité et fortes compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement à la fois de manière indépendante et au sein d'une équipe.
- Toute expérience en Production est un atout.
- Connaissance de Photoshop, AVID, Maya et capacité à travailler dans des systèmes propriétaires, un atout.
- Passion pour la création de film.**Your Role**:

- Manage calendars and attend meetings, "reviews" and "dailies" sessions and take clear and thorough notes.
- Assist and support all levels of production team with daily activities, general production activities, and tasks on assigned projects.
- Communicate daily with production coordinators regarding project status.
- Assist the production and supervisory team in the smooth running of projects by ensuring accurate and efficient dissemination of information (note-taking, call coordination, chart updates, etc.) during each stage of pre-production, production, and post-production.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and the team, providing resources and information as needed.
- Coordinate the logistics of meetings and/or screenings (time, location, attendees, hospitality, etc.).
- As expected at all levels of production, guide artists and talent with the assistance of colleagues in expected and unexpected ways in an efficient and professional manner.
- When back in the office, these duties will be required: answering phones, making copies, scheduling travel, setting up conference rooms, making meal reservations, preparing for client visits, and coordinating with the office team to restock inventory.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Excel, Google Suite (Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Forms, knowledge of final draft and photoshop will be required, but can be taught).
- Flexibility, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Any production experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of Photoshop, AVID, Maya, and the ability to work in proprietary systems is an asset.
- Passion for film creation.
