Relevant du directeur, Logistiques, le spécialiste, Logistiques a pour mission principale de coordonner toutes les activités entre nos clients (internes et externes) et nos équipes d’entrepôts tiers (3PL). Il/elle travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de service à la clientèle, du transport, du contrôle des stocks, ainsi qu’avec l’équipe d’innovation et des ventes.
Le spécialiste, Logistiques assure également le contrôle et l’amélioration des processus et participe activement à la revue d’affaires mensuelle et trimestrielle.
**Vos responsabilités**:
- Établir des relations solides avec nos partenaires 3PL;
- Identifier les domaines à améliorer et participer activement aux initiatives d’amélioration continue;
- Optimiser la marge bénéficiaire sans compromettre le service en contrôlant les coûts et en mettant en œuvre des mesures d’efficacité;
- Garantir les exigences et la conformité des clients à chaque étape du processus d’exécution des commandes et résoudre tous les problèmes liés aux commandes, aux services à valeur ajoutée (VAS) et à la qualité;
- Analyser les problèmes liés aux commandes, aux avis préalables d’expédition sortants et aux IDOC;
- Collaborer avec d’autres services clés afin de faciliter les transitions et les opérations;
- Analyser les indicateurs de rendement clés (KPI) et travailler à l’amélioration de ces indicateurs;
- Veiller à ce que tous les délais d’expédition et de commande soient respectés et soutenir la fin de la période;
- Compiler et présenter des mises à jour à l’oral et à l’écrit au directeur et à la direction;
- Organiser des réunions opérationnelles quotidiennes avec les entrepôts ainsi qu’avec les revues d’affaires mensuelles et les revues d’affaires trimestrielles.
- Gérer et traiter les factures des fournisseurs.
**Vos compétences**:
- Au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de l’entreposage et du contrôle des stocks;
- Baccalauréat ou diplôme/certificat en affaires, en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, en opérations ou dans un domaine connexe;
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel;
- Connaissance des systèmes SAP;
- Expérience préalable des tableaux de bord;
- Doit être capable de se concentrer et de prendre rapidement des décisions éclairées;
- Doit être capable de travailler de manière indépendante et/ou dans un environnement de groupe;
- Forte capacité d’adaptation et de responsabilisation;
- Solides compétences en matière d’organisation, de communication et d’analyse;
- Compétences avérées en matière de résolution de problèmes et de prise de décision;
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit).

**Reports to the 3PL warehousing Logistics Manager**
**Summary**:
Reporting to the Manager, Logistics the logistics specialist main mandate is to coordinate all activities between our customers (internal and external) and our third-party warehouse teams (3PL). He/she will work closely with Customer service, Transportation, Inventory Control, as well as the Innovation team and Sales.
The logistic specialist also ensures control and improvement of the processes, as well as taking an active role in the monthly and quarterly business review.

- Build strong relationships with our 3PL partners.
- Identify areas for improvement and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Optimize profit margin without compromising service by controlling costs and implementing efficiencies.
- Ensure customer requirements and compliance at every stage of the order fulfillment process and resolve any issues related to orders, kitting (VAS) and Quality.
- Investigate order issues, outbound ASN issues and IDOCs.
- Collaborate with other key departments, to facilitate transitions and operations.
