We are recruiting for a Transaction Manager within the Financing & Balance Sheet Management group within the Total Fund Management (TFM) department.

**Accountabilities**:

- Managing the new issue documentation process, involving interaction with dealers, internal and external counsel, dealer’s counsel, ratings agencies, and deal teams.
- Analyzing cash flows, FX flows, interacting with investment departments to understand the deal pipeline, and optimizing & auditing best practices on the desk.
- Ensuring the smooth confirmation, ticketing and balances of secured financing transactions.
- Updating biweekly and quarterly internal and external presentations. These presentations inform risk positions, PnL, whilst others are more technical in nature, requiring an understanding of the fund.

**Qualifications** Specialized Business and Domain Knowledge**: We are looking for someone with a transaction management background, preferably with demonstrated front-office experience and extreme attention to detail at a major audit firm.

**Education and Experience**:

- Undergraduate degree in Business
- Accounting designation
- 9+ years of experience in auditing
