Wanting to continue to grow our successful book of personal lines business, we are looking for a Personal Lines Broker to join our team. In this role, you get to play to your strengths of solid insurance knowledge and helping clients. You get to work autonomously yet be part of a larger team committed to understanding our customers to ensure they are protected and get the level of service they deserve.

This is an in-office position in our Barrie office.

**So what will you spend your days doing?**

Working as part of a team, actively service, maintain, and help grow a personal lines book of business, more specifically
- Promptly respond to client, carrier, and colleague inquiries.
- Prepare & process quotes, policies, renewals, and change requests for delivery to insureds.
- Review endorsements for accuracy and take action as necessary.
- Conduct detailed reviews of risk and underwriting information to ensure accuracy and optimal insurance solutions for your clients.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers.
- Recognize and realize sales opportunities where it makes sense.
- Remarket personal lines policies as necessary.
- Take new claim reports and submit them to the insurance carrier.
- Diligent follow up on clients’ accounts to ensure outstanding issues and activities are resolved.
- Help create a customer-first mindset and culture.

**Qualifications**
- Must be RIBO licensed.
- Minimum 2 years Personal Lines experience working in a brokerage.
- Proven track record servicing an assigned book of business.
- Remain current and develop expertise in assigned markets and stay open to new market opportunities.
- Demonstrated relationship building expertise.
- Must remain professional and juggle multiple priorities.
- Working knowledge of TAM is an asset.
