Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to questions and field complaints from clients in-person, by telephone or email.Communicate with clients regarding existing and possible changes to coverage, in-person, by telephone or email.Quote changes to existing watercraft policies, process endorsements and cancellations at the request of clients.Counsel clients on claims, report claims to the insurance company as required and follow up with the client.Willing to get licensed Nationally (excluding Quebec).CAIB, CPIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM or other industry designations an asset.Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.Familiarity with Power Broker or Epic is an asset.Proven experience offering client-focused solutions and building long-lasting relationships.Knowledge of the watercraft lifestyle product set is an asset, but not required.We offer best-in-class pension and benefits, total reward programs and comprehensive mental wellness supports to set you up for every success in and outside of work. li>Defined benefit pension plan for a financially confident retirement.100% coverage of approved continuing education and licensing fees (including RIBO courses in Ontario).Flexible work-from-home and hybrid options.
