The position is a hybrid role based in our Mississauga, ON office with the opportunity to work 3 days remotely per week.

Position Summary:

- Working within a team sharing a mailbox, and ensuring the balancing of the workloads, prioritizing appropriately, and making sure work tasks are being executed efficiently.
- Responsible for pipeline management and renewals management.
- Handling post-sales responsibilities such as addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to customer satisfaction.
- Tasked with offering insights or feedback on opportunities for further operational efficiencies.
- Ensures all sales orders are processed efficiently and accurately and that delivery deadlines are met.
- Provide support to a team of sales (inside/outside) representatives.
- Works with sales management, sales reps and customer service to process customer orders and/or change orders.
- Verifies and reviews the accuracy of orders.
- Responsible for monitoring overall account activity for assigned group.
- Tracks data and creates reports regarding market conditions, sales results, team earnings, etc.
- May be responsible for lead and order management activities for specified area of sales group (separated by account size or geographic territory).
- Takes orders on self-qualified leads when appropriate.
- Prepares product/license quotes as needed for pre-sales customers.

What you bring to the role:

- College diploma or degree (or additional experience in a related field).
- 3 years functional experience including a minimum 1-year position-specific experience.
- Willingness to learn, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and a strong sense of motivation.
- Established and productive professional individual contributor.
- Works independently with general supervision.
- Problems faced are difficult and may be complex.
- May influence others within the job area by explaining facts, policies and practices.
- Works on moderate to complex projects. Uses company standard policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- General proficiency with various tools, systems, and procedures required to accomplish the job.
- May need to consult with Senior/Specialist staff members on some technical issues.
