**IBM BPM requisition**:
Ability to work with system owners, technical teams, and functional teams to design, implement, test, and validate a system.
Work with business analysts to understand desired system requirements and write functional and technical specifications.
Good hands-on experience IBM BPM version 8.5.5 Coach Views, and implement error handling.
Perform IBM BPM Websphere administration - installing snapshots, configuring data sources, regular maintenance, assessing and installing iFixes
Design and develop new code and/or support operations, maintenance, and enhancements of existing code.
Develop conceptual and technical design including use of OOA and OOD techniques.
Conduct multiple levels of testing including unit, system, integration and performance.
Effectively model organization business processes and integrate them with existing Enterprise systems and capabilities.
Estimate level of effort and plan work accordingly.
**Java/J2EE skill requisition**:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with Java and Java-based technologies like Core Java 8,(Functional Interfaces, Stream APIs, Lambda expressions, error and exception handling with any additional new Java 8 features etc) Spring ,Spring Boot and Micro Services.
- Good to have Kafka messaging system experience.
- Any database experience with PL/SQL
- Good to have any cloud experience like AWS/GCP/Azure
- Good working knowledge in CI/CD and DevOps tools
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
