The mission of the HR MAI team is to provide expertise to all iA business units to help create a positive integration experience for employees and leaders joining the team and to have a direct impact on the unified iA team culture.

This new, fully dedicated team lives in agile project mode and is a strategic link to the business lines while being an integral part of the human resources team.

As an effective and integral member of a multidisciplinary team, the Internal Communication Consultant plays a pivotal role in the activities inherent in the context of mergers, acquisitions and business integrations with specialists.

**More specifically, your role is to**:

- Be a key player in the communication and HR MAI practice: from due diligence to full integration_
- Provide expert advice and thought leadership in communications in MAI contexts;
- Develop the strategy and execute the internal communications plan on MAI projects: from planning to transition to "day-to-day operations";
- Develop various communications artifact templates;
- Actively participate in the development of success indicators for communications initiatives;
- Work in collaboration with HR business partners, the extended HR team and other internal and/or external stakeholders to align activities
- Write and maintain the internal communication section of the MAI HR playbook;
- Feed the HR MAI toolbox with internal communications for continuous improvement of the efficiency and simplicity of communications;
- Be on the lookout for emerging trends and use them as inspiration for dynamic communications activities;
- Act as a liaison with the corporate communications community and business sectors for MAI-related topics such as the intranet and other ad hoc initiatives.
- Participate in the company’s transformation_
- Act as an influencer in the adoption of Lean-Agile practices and tools
- Adapt to multi-mode teamwork: with agile teams, in Lean-Agile transformation mode, or sometimes in more traditional modes
- Be a positive co-worker who wants to grow in a learning organization and share your experience and knowledge

- Relevant university degree and at least 3 years of work experience as an Internal Communications Consultant;
- Experience in merger, acquisition and integration projects
- Excellent command of French and English (oral and written) for frequent interaction with internal and external French
- and English-speaking colleagues or partners across Canada
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of Lean-Agile methodologies
