As part of the greater sales team, you will be reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for working with our valued clients with the goal of successfully matching them with their vehicle purchase. You will be successful in the role when you use your knowledge of the sales framework and leverage your passion for cars and your expertise related to customer service to increase sales revenue.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Experience is and asset but not essential. We will train the right person
- Listen to the clients to enable meeting their needs
- Be empathetic to the client’s needs, wants and concerns
- Be patient and guide clients through the buying process supported by the established sales framework
- Enhance the customer experience by demonstrating the vehicles features and conducting a test drive
- You have and maintain your OMVIC certification
- Become a product expert by attending sales meetings and training offered by the dealer and the manufacturer
- **Social Media is a large part of this position** - You are comfortable with being on camera and social media platforms daily.
- You are available to work Monday to Saturday 9-hour shifts and one day off during the week

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
